Responsibilities:
- You will be a part of the Customer Success group.
- You will work closely with Champions and Technical lead to work on support issues.
- You will work on troubleshooting issue, fixing defects and implementing customization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Looking for freshers.
- Comprehensive Knowledge in C#, .NET, JS, HTML, CSS.
- Conceptually good at databases.
- Thorough knowledge of OOP concept.
- Strong aptitude of troubling shooting, programming, good reasoning skills, problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and support function.
- Confident, articulate, and professional conversational abilities.
